Well IF I was to get one of those two brands, within the next couple of months, it would be Nokia,..the 7650.
Thats the real interesting one.
But I dont think I will, at least not right now,..I'll probably wait, and check out other similar ones.
Dont even know for sure if I'll get one of these "pda-phones".
Alcatel has surely gone from "not so good" to "quite nice",..have a friend who's got the 511,..very nice small phone. But I havent really seen any Alcatel yet, that I "really" want.

its a hard one. at this moment i like the nokia 6310i and alcatel 511 but none of thoose are good for me.
but alcatel has got some better phones then nokia comming up real soon |

No, I just want to know what people prefer in general. My mum has the Alcatell 511 & I must say that it would be the perfect phone if it had a colour screen. Alcatel's phones have always been good quality, its just the bulkyness of them that made everyone hate them!! Hope fully now that they've changed they're look doesn't mean that they've changed quality!!!
I remember you said a while back 'I want a mobile phone with a PDA and not a PDA with a mobile phone'. I have to agree with you on that one!

Yeah, Alcatel seems to have some quite nice new ones coming out. They are getting the "hang of it" I guess 
About the pda-thing.
The one I ordered a loooong time ago, the Ipaq H3870,..I got so tired of waiting, that I cancelled the order.
So I might get one of those phone/pda-things, once they arrive.
But I wont go out and buy the "first one out". Think I'll look around, there will probably be different ones out this year.

The choice is between Nokia and Alcatel, so I go for Nokia. If SE is within the choices, I will 100% go for SE products.

Well SE doesn't have much different phones to offer. That's the problem
Their product line is too small. Of course, I'm talking about attractive phones i.e. only: R600, T68, (T65), ((((T66)))). The rest is not worth mentioning in my opinion.
Anyway, 've never had any E or SE phone in my whole life

If T39 doens´t even worth mention, please tell me Nokia and Alcatel phones that do deserve mention! on Nokia and Alcatel
They make phones that some maybe good but they got the worst consumer support in the market!
You are crazy not to consider T39 a phone to mention! Here in Portugal it won the best quality/price comparative in mobile phones!
That was of course before T68 came in the picture!
