Try www.expansys.com

Take your fone to CPW and they will upgrade it in about 2hrs.. even if you never got your P800 from then, they will still upgrade it for you.

mikecairncross nice to see that I am not the only one, who has a crap CPW. We have two in our area, and both a real pants. Their service is crap, their employees are rude and crap, The other thing is, if you do not trust the repair centres, then why tell the customers to send their pride and joys to these guys. I have had bad experiences with service centres in the past, and when you do find one, that is good you stick with it. When I used Nokia's in the past, I always used a local service centre, and they were great. But as they only do Nokia, they would have to send my phones away to be repaired, and for me that is not an option. This is why I use Orange as my provider, as they replace faulty handsets, so no need to be without your phone for days on end. As for firmware upgrades, is there realy any need to feep updating it when there is nothing wrong with it, as surly you run the risk of causing problems with all the upgrades.
