Maybe some1 can help me. I want to be able to sync my MS Outlook Notes with my T610, even considered buying the full version of XTndConnect; following is an email from Extended Systems Customer support:

The full version works the same way as the free version when synching an Ericsson phone to Outlook. You would not be able to synch the Notes category with the full version.

Thank you,

Query one: If Xtnd connect wont do it, is there anyother way?.

Query Two: If the full version works exactly the way the bundled verison does, why does Xtnd connect have a link to upgrade to full version?.Pay USD50 for .. basically nothing?.

Q1. Many have asked but so far none have found a solution for synching notes or addresses (although some have synched addresses in a limited way by using the 30 character company name field)

Q2. the point you missed is when synching an ericsson phone (and SE phone) with outlook. If you want want to synch with lotus notes, for example, then the full version will give you what you want whereas the free version will not.

If You want to synch more than one phone you have to need the full version.

...yes... although you can get away with syncing multiple phones with the free version if you don;t mind doing a full sync each time. No big deal to do that.

Hello, i have the full version of XTND:
the are no difference with the free version (that we have find in CD) for SonyEricsson phone, so NO sync about the Note of Outlook (AARGH).
The note can syncronized with Palm and Win CE.
With the full version you can syncronize a lot of PIM (Lotus, Outlook...) with Palm, Win CE and Sony ericsson device.
Moreover also the full ver. cut the Company field at 15 chars (that i verified is the field lenght in old ericsson Phone).(AARGH)
I also use the Note in T610 but i don't need to syncronize them, i write the note in PC (edit a .vcf file) and after i send to phone.
The problem is that the memory dedicated to the note is very small: with 3 note i have filled all the space.

Bye

Switch off the phone, remove the battery. In the battery compartment, below the two barcodes, you'll see the S/N, next to that, there'lll be a number like 03W23. W23 is apparently week 23. My W23 is a second or third batch phone cos it does not have the hissing sound problem.
