Problem with T39m |

I have a serious problem with my T39m. The fact is I bought phone just 2 months ago and suddenly it started to wheeze when I pressed keyboard. The wheeze was especially disgusting, when I have started to talk - nothing was able to heard.
Please advise you suggestions, how can I sort out this problem? Will it help if I change firmware version?
Your prompt reply is highly appreciated.

it's a hardware problem, quite common for T39.... just leave to a serviepoint and they'll fix it. |

Cytex, thanks for the reply, appreciated.
Unfortunately the country where I live, Ericsson service point has not got any version of T39m firmware:( So, probably I should send my phone to the country where they potentially can fix it. |

they can get the software for the T39m from the EMMAII server... so you don't have to send it away.... |

Cytech, thanks again for reply.
But what is the address of of this server? The service point here is completely useless:( Maybe I can give them address and they'll download EMMAII.
Kind Regards

Just contacted to Service point. What they said me that they require special file from EMMA which will control/regulate voice. They have got the language pack only, but not the voice. So if anyone knows how can this file be downloaded from EMMA, please inform.

Konan.... if they go to the "Update" section on EMMAII server and then browse to the GSM section and they'll find it, if it's available...
but I really don't see why they need theese files... I doubt it's a software problem.... but if they run it online they don't have to search for any files.....
