I recently bought a T610 and being my first SE phone has performed way beyond my expectations:)

I am facing a small problem with i melodies though. I downloaded few .imy files to the phone successfully and set one of those as ring signal. But whenever I get a call somehow it ignores my setting and picks up the SE polyphonic tone by itself.

I am facing this problem only with .imy and not with midis though!!!

Any suggestions would be really appreciated.

Has anyone else also observed this problem ??

I am unable to locate any setting in the phone which disables i-melodies in general.

Do you have this problem with all .imy's or just with the ones you put on it?
You could open the imy with your favourite text editor.
Remove all extra enters above and under the text.
When you save it be sure it's just a plain text file with no creator code.

Good luck
