Call list trick - T39 |

In the other topic someone informed me that it was not working on his T39 so I decided to put it in a new thread. Here goes.
1. Dial 0
2. Dial + (press and hold 0 then press YES)
The result is that from now on you will have multiple call list entries per number and a blank undeletable entry at the end. To revert to the old call list, use the clear call list option in Call Info\Options\Clear call list. Don't know if it works on other similar models - T28, T29 & T20. Please don't hate me because I didn't post this earlier - I just thought it was common knowledge and I didn't want anyone mocking me for posting old news. Hope this works for you - keep me posted!

Hi there (again)
Finally It works!
Actually I dont know why! because when I called "0" a recorded operator message answered me, then I called "+" and a "wrong number" message invites me to insist dialing "+", I chosed No and finally it worked.
Thnx

Mobile handset(s): 1. PROTOTYPE TU2 Ericsson R520m CE. (Made: 00W43). 2. Rose White T39mc. (Flashed to T39m). 3. Icy Blue Sony Ericsson T200. (Water-damage revival!). |

I'm new to SE, but i dont understand why one number has to be saved in the call list more than once, it will make a bulk of call list and all duplicated. Maybe i dont know what is the advantage of this but can anyone tell me please? |

@dovern: i don't use this function a lot as well, but some people would like to see for example the exact times when someone has called them during the day and viceversa. |

I have tried this.. got the blank entry at the bottom, however, I do not notice any changes in the way the phone book funcitons. I have the latest Firmware. Ra4008 or whatever.
What am I missing, or has something changed in the latest firmware?
Thanks |

Can someone explain this trick in a bit more detail.
My current call list stores in Chronological order, the only weird part is with missed called which seem to come in a strange order. Any idea why?
Thanks! |

Thats all, chronological... every thing in your call list. Try it.

Yes, I can get the blank line at the bottom of the call list.
So this trick will only display in chronological order? This already happens by default on the T39 or am I missing something.
Thanks for the reply. |
