Can anyone help? |

I got 2 T68's and they both were working fine but now one is beginning to act up. Once in awhile it won't send or receive calls at all, not matter what I did. I called into my provider, turned it off then on. I decided to try putting my sim into the other phone and everything seems to be fine. This seems to be a problem with the phone itself. Does anyone know what's going on and if it's a software problem or hardware issue?
Any help is greatly appreciated |

That's the sad thing I didn't get the T68 in Toronto (that's also where I happen to live). Not as easy getting warranty service since the T68 is not out in Canada yet.......at least not officially. |

I think it's the software, normally it shouldn't be that bigger problem to fix, but I see your point that you're in Toronto.... Would it be possible to send???? Maybe you should wait until you go somewhere on holiday and then bring it in to a service center
I think this should be the nearest Service center to you :
WIDE RING CORPORATION
69 Yong Street, Suite 1401
M5E 1K3 Toronto, Ontario
Phone number: +1 416 203 7785
Fax number: +1 416 203 7782
Try giving them a call

Before you do anything to your handphone,
There is a remote possibility that your SIM CARD could be too old and/or some kind of compatibility problems. Try out with new SIM CARD if you can find one.
