I read on this forum (or maybe another one) that there is a cable that allows you to connect the P800 (it also did other phones) and a MP3 player together.

This is what I am now after as I want to be able to listen to music and then answer the phone with the handsfree headphones without messing about. I did a search but couldn't find the name of the item (the search returned over 8500 hits).

I know some of you will say why don't I use the P800 as a MP3 Player? Well it won't play Audible content so I still need a supported MP3 player.

Does anyone know the address of the website where I can get the adapter from?
Regards

I don't understand. "it won't play Audible content"? what does that mean? Music is by definition audible, if it wasn't, it would be called silence and I'm sure that already exists.

I have about 5 albums in ogg format on my P800, I use the supplied headphones and it sounds perfect to me. I have even made a cable to connect my P800 to my stereo so that I can play music through that when I'm at home. The volume from the phone is fine, I can turn it up that loud that it hurts my ears.

The mp3 players like UnrealPlayer are also very good and work just as well, you just can't get as much music on your phone.

I would be interested to know what the actual problem is? Do you want to be able to listen to music with a bluetooth headset? or would you like to listen to music via a cable?
