Anyone has any idea what this is? Seems to me that it was one of Ericsson's big plans that was cancelled when it was taken over by Sony. What do you think? |

Looks like one of those PDA phones, or possibly a 3G prototype. |

if my memory doesn't decieve me its called Ericsson Pamela (or something like that) it was a prototype a couple of years ago. (again i could be totally wrong) |

Well you can't have it since I recall it was a prototype (or was it just a neat designer making the photo...?). Anyway, it will never be released though. At least that's what Mobil.nu claims.

It was a prototype/future model 2-3 ago. But as Cyber or who it was said, it will never be released!
And its got same squarish antenna as T28/29/39

It is the Ericsson Communicator platform. Never made it commercially. |

ts666: This prototype's code-name is not Pamela. Pamela is the code for a portable (DECT) phone for home-use, Pamela could be voice activated and voicecontrolled. A very cool device indeed.
I've tried it. But sadly that project has been laid down too. So we will probably never see it in stores..
