Lesson: never let your girl/friends/relatives play with your phone. Not unless they are techy themselves! Go to a service center and have it unlock. Cheers!

Assuming we're talking about the phone lock and she didn't actually change the lock code and you haven't either (because obviously you don't know it) then try the default lock code value of 0000.
If its not the phone lock is there a message on screen saying PUK or similar?
If so you need a code from your phone company.

yes, me and she knows the original lock code is 0000
and she stills play with it, and for some reason it turns out not what she think she keys in... so that's what make this mess... |

never mess your phone with your girl. it's 2 diffrent thing. never let your girl mess with your phone coz girls are stupid.
doing a hard reset wont do you no good. have it sw upgraded. everything will be erased. just hope it erases your girl. just kidding! |

Sorry - this is NOT a customer support hotline.
Just a bunch of people who try to help each other.
I would suggest you contact your service provider. As long as you can prove ownership, they will probably help you unlock it

If you bought your phone from Fido or Rogers, take it back to them and get them to reset the code for you.
Otherwise, take it to an independent phone store and get it unlocked , in which case you can get it SIM unlocked at the same time... it's going to cost you the same anyway(CAD$30-50).
You can also do it yourself by buying a cable, downloading a program, paying US$10, and unlock it that way.
This is assuming the phone is locked, not the PIN code on the SIM. |
