I have been using the P800 with the flip on for over 4 months when i decided to see how the p800 feels like with the flip off. I then noticed that with the flip off and the virtual flip enabled the phone crashed while i was writing SMSs (with flip open mode) regularly unlike when i was using it with flip on and virtual flip disabled (still flip open mode)
I then put back the flip and disabled the virtual flip and noticed that it never crashed again !

Has any other person noticed that? I read posts about a lot of people who complain about the p800 crashing regularly while they were writing SMSs.... maybe it has something to do with the virtual flip
What do you think?

yes, happens to me.
i bet that it has definitely something to do with jotting. when you jot fast, chances are that you'll get the 10 sec error.

it's just so irritating that sometimes my message is about 160 x 4 characters already and i get that. i have to retype everything!

Yeah I get that too, but only when I type really really fast! and then retyping pisses me off!

so I have learnt if I am writing a huge email or something to hit the arrow after a while and it saves it automaticly into the draft and then I open it straight away, which takes 2 seconds and then keep going! so if it crashes its already saved!
