I talked to SE in Minnesota a few days ago and asked for a replacement battery for one of my SE phones (t39mc). They then sent me a battery from CARELTON, TEXAS and I sent my defective battery back to this location. I live in Austin, Texas now, but I was wondering if they only made me collaborate with one of their partners/distributors of if this is indeed a real SE Service Point!!
Let me know if anyone has experienced this before.
