This is a workaround to download Wallpapers via WAP/EMAIL from my site www . t610archive . com ( of your course you must enter the URL without the spaces )
NEW: Download wallpapers with your mobile phone!
Instructions:
1. Choose the wallpaper you wish
2. Send it via the ECARD feature to your EMAIL ADRESS ON the mobile phone!
3. Use your mobile phone to receive the email
4. Click on the URL Provided
5. View the EMail and save the image
5. Enjoy your new wallpaper!
I am working on a cleaner method so that you only have the wallpaper in the email: I also plan on providing Themes and Ringtones this way.

i dont see why you need to do it for pictures to be honest, u can upload your pictures to the SE site and download them via wap which is what I do.
Good idea if it works for themes and tones though.

Why don't you just enter the direct URL to the file ( .thm, .mid, etc) and it'll download. It seems to work for any file (as long as it is small enough for your wap gateway), whether web or wap based. Before you ask, I am using a WAP GPRS apn, not the internet.

The direct URL of the file is a PHP URL - I tried it and the T610 did not seem to like that ( it didn't download anything ).
