When some ppl call me they get cut off while my phone is ringing like as if im pressing the C button. It rings for only a few rings and then the phone displays no missed call or anything.
If u look at the call list a missed call icon with a black line going through it appears next to the number.
Any idea what this could be?
Network problems?
Ive only had this trouble since upgrading to R2F
Help appreciated.

Mate did you check the status of 'Accepted Callers'? Go to phone>Edit>>Preferences>Accepted Callers> and check whether it is set to accept all callers.This may not be the reason but it is worth a try

If you tap on that icon you mentioned it will show the call details and in there you can see the status which says 'missed', 'rejected' etc what does it say there as the status of the call?

Ive also noticed now that when the call gets cut off, my phone displays "Busy Tone Sent"
I think maybe the vibrations of the phone when its ringing perhaps cause the C button to touch the screen thus cuttin the caller off.
I mite try using the phone without the flip for a bit.
Any1 else had this trouble?

m8 have you changed the status of your divert calls? Go to Phone>Edit>Preferences>Divert calls>(wait a momment for status to load) then at the bottom of the screen check if the option "Divert all calls to :" Is not set to voicemail or any other number....if so just change it to off, then click done. Hope this helps

I sometimes get that error
like once every 2 weeks or so
it's very odd
how often does it happen?

Did using the phone with out the flip helped lloyd?

Sorry bout the topic description..
Anyway, I find this happens to me quite often - like once every 4 calls i recieve. Its not the divert status either.
I havent yet had chance to take the flip off as im away from home so Im unable to get the other cover in place of the keypad.
Will let u kno. Cheers for all ur posts. Keep posting to let me kno if a solution is available.

I think Ive found the problem!!!
Ive been such a dick!
I think its because Ive had voice activated call rejection on! And because the recognition is shite its picking up background noise and thinking its my voice rejecting the call! STUPID ME - cant believe i didnt think of this before!
