Anyone know if dust can be removed easily by repair or does the phone need replaced ?
I'm on Orange UK but don't have Orange care.
Thanks

if you are adventuresome the phone can be taken apart as shown on esato threads before...otherwise it is $100 for SE to take it in, at least thats what it costs here in US.

I would be quite happy to dismantle the phone and do it myself - anyone any idea where the guide to stripping down the phone is?
I've done a search but come up with nothing relevant.
Thanks

You will need a Torx 8 screwdriver and something to pry some of the parts with. A credit card edge may work. you will need a pair of tweezers as well to remove some connectors from the pcb.
Upon taking the screen out, you will find that there is not much you can do. You will likely introduce more dust into the screen or damage the screen trying to remove the dust particles.
