Expansys have the 5gb toshiba drive.
You could also look on www.dabs.com and www.action.com as they usually have them

ha! not in internal pcmcia format. Toshiba have announced up to 15gb but we're still waiting for them.
You can get bigger external hard drives that have a pcmcia connection if you want. check the same places.
