Does anyone know when or if a new firmware version might be out?
I'm thinking of upgrading, which is a bit of a practical effort, so would prefer to wait if a newer version might be out soon. If there's no firm news out, any comments on the usual frequency of updates would be welcome. |

Since he posted in the P800 forum, it's pretty safe to assume he has a P800. Also R2F has been available for quite a while so its also resonable to assume that a new firmware might be available soon. I'd say if you've got R1D, get R2F. If you've got R2D, don't bother. |

First, thanks for the replies to justywusty, saves me piling in on him.
And thanks for the views. Guess SE aren't going to pre-announce upgrades really, and as I'm on R1D I'll take your advice and get on with an upgrade.
