Disappearing Caller-ID pics on T610 |

Hi,
I seem to have a really silly problem on both mine and my wifes phone. In the beginning the caller id picture works fine and then all of a sudden it is not displaying anymore. It has to be noted that the phone book still has the picture attached to the contact.
Initial thoughts are that this has something to do with calling a contact manually, i.e. without using the phone book, but tests show that is not consistently the case.
Anyone else experienced this? And even better, knows the answer to resolve it?

Yes the picture is still in my pictures, and once it happens it continues to happen.
It happened on my phone last week and I think it was because I dialled my wife once by typing in the number directly instead of using it from the phone book. What I did was clear the dialled numbers list, cleared he contact, asked her to resend the business card, attached the picture and voila it is working again.
Unfortunately I am away from home this week, but my wife assurred my that she performed all that and it is still not working. I will have a look on Friday because I suspect there is still a duplicate entry for my number somewhere which may cause this...At least that is a 'problem' that I had with caller-id within a contact centre that I set up in the past...
I was just wondering whether anyone else had this before...
Cheers,

Renaming a picture attached to a caller id will still show the picture correctly. |
