Synchronize over IR with Office XP/Win XP |

I an having trouble synchronizing my phone with Outlook. I get the message:
Unable to detect phone, Verfiy that nothing is blocking IR.
Any ideas? I have connection with my T68 through the windows IR utility, and am able to transmit backgrounds with that utility.
Anyone??

Have you only install package 4 and xp work fine or are there some paramater in xp set up ? |

You have to reduce tranmission speed on IR in devicemanager on our PC to 9600. Then it works. |

Ericsson have no drivers or software that supports WinXP. When it comes to synchronizing with Outlook, there are an other solution; go to extendedsystems.com and purchase it. That version is compatible with XP.
If you have officeXP, it might work, at least I and 7-8 others have no probs.

I use XP home and Office XP and the free syncro software works fine with the T68
