It's seems that my T39mc only support UTF-8 encoding, so ,when someone write email to me with other character encoding, it cannot be displayed as it should be.
i wonder whether T39 can support other character encoding schemes by upgrate it's software?

Hmm... not sure about the encoding, BUT if someone send you an email in html format, the phone is unable to show it. A lot of ppl is writing the emails in html format...and the phone can't translate that to plain text. Well...at least with my T65, and I'm sure that's the case of the T39, T65 and R520.
