As long as you have your receipt of puchase any SE service centre will do you firmware upgrades free for a year.

Contact the guy who sold it to you for the original receipt. That will do. If not able to get that way tell the service centre that you lost your receipt. We will keep our fingers crossed.

I can get my P800 upgraded @ carphone warehouse, the thing is the engineer has never upgraded a P800 before!!

The engineer said " I think I know how to upgrade a P800 " Hmmmmm.

Is it worth the risk of killing my P800!

Would someone be able to tell me if i need to pay money to get my t68i cleaned while it is still under 12months old? I have a lot of dust under the screen and would like it freshened up before i sell it. Cheers. Also does anyone know where i could get it cleaned in northern ireland?

Where can you buy a t6 screwdriver? Is it available at any old hardware store or does it have to be from a specialist place? I live in northern ireland if anyone knows of somewhere. Thanks for the replies in advance

o44wen,

you should be able to get one from any kinda hardware store, i know at one time B&Q did them, but any kind of harware store should do em or another thing try a car audio shop they tend to have them floating about.
