I can't believe a shop would do such a thing.
They rather sell a new one instead of buying one back.
If there is one in the neighberhood of Eindhoven I would love to know it so I can change it.

Cybervisitor got his changed by saying it didn't have the MMS feature that was promised and so they ended up giving him a T68i... I don't know if he had to pay anything for it... Cool, huh?

Ive just "declared war" against my dealer.
Just sent some mails to the CompanyManager and DistrictManager about how the store behaved yesterday when I wanted to return my phone alt. get it replaced to a T68i.
Swedish Consumer Rights authoritys are going to be connected on this today!
The StoreManager didnt say a word to through my whole visit-though it was my second tome at the store the same day-first when I was there a young guy said that he was new at work and asked me to comeback when his Chief where there: No problema I said..
So now i just mailed the HeadQuarter of this company

I just contacted SE in The Netherklands and they told me that when I bought my T68m I particularly did choose fot the T68m and not for the T68i. That's what the women told me.(the B*tch)
When I told the lady that my dealer didn't know the T68i was coming she said he was lying. "It was allkwown" she said that there would be an Ericsson T68i. I bought mine in November last year so if I knew it was coming I would have waited for this thing.
She told me that changing the phone and pay a minor amount extra was not possible.

You shouldnt even have to pay for it, the T68i has the features that you already paid for when you bought your T68m. Right?
And the MMS feature was just the "thing" that made you choose that specific phone! Right!?
Thats the way you should claim.
Even if it wasnt so!

There is no difference in memory for these two models. Please read this statement from the product manager of Sony Ericsson:
