windows explorer integration |

I'm having a problem on Windows 2000 Pro SP4 viewing anything under the "My P800" icon.
The drivers are installed OK. The PC Suite thing is installed OK. Backup works, installing apps works. But the Explorer integration has never worked since I got the phone.
I click on "My P800" and it recognizes it. There's no other folders showing, no c:\ drives etc, no nothing. I then double click on the only icon and then get an errror message (a serious GPF type error) something to do wih "SysFader.exe". WTF ?
Anyway, now whenever I click "explorer" or type in "explorer" in Start->Run I don't see the Explorer windows come up - but i find that there's multiple explorer.exe processes running under the Task Manager.
SE really need to clean up their act with this sync software (version 1.4.0) and get rid of the 5 or 6 system processes running. Why do you need a whole load of separate daemons? Did a student write the software for a summer project?
Sorry to have a go, but i'm a bit impatient.
