hi i took my fone apart 2 clean it and one day i rang someone 1st time after i took it apart i can hear the person but they cant hear me and i try testingthe mircofone in the service test but it didnt make the niose P. s if u tell me how i can fix it i tell u how to off the time saver its easy i dont it |

I remember someone else posted a similar problem once. It turned out he forgot to put the mic back in....

if its not, buy a new one and replace it.

Question : i want my laptop to connect to my Gprs in fone instead of wap dial up, am on o2 any way of doing this? Thanks in advance :-D

i didnīt understand the other crap u:r were talking about .
but if it was about the clock sreensaver u cant turn it off..
and even if u could i wouldnīt do it. it will save the lifetime of u:r display..

You cannot turn off the clock screensaver so you are talking bollox.
Take your phone apart and check that you haven't damaged the mic contacts (the mic is held in the front panel of the case). Enter the service menu by pressing >*<<*<* (where < and > are directions of the joystick and * is the star button. Then select service tests and then microphone and check that it works.
If you have no luck then take it to a service centre.

First, you have to have a GPRS connection set up on your phone.
Now, if the CID for your GPRS connection is = 1 use:
*99***1# as phone number
If CID = 2 then use
*99***2# as phone number ... and so on.
UserName/Password should be blank.
Note: If you provider has different APNs for WAP/Internet, you might have to use "internet" APN.
You might also need to set up IP for the DNS server
