www.smartphoneitalia.com, we have now available an alpha version of T9 for P800. It requires App. Forge.
Stay tuned for the final release. |

Well just post the link to the file when it's final. Because most of us don't understand italian and will T9 be just for italians or is it for english/swedish/danish/norwegian/american(grins) etc. too?

I must be blind, because I didn't see any T9 link at all on that site. But, why use an alpha if there is one? I want a final version. Alpha versions tend to crash and crashes on a phone might be ruining the contact database, sms etc. I don't want that.

the link works for me. I just downloaded a 416kb file called t9.sis.
Shame I don't have a P800 to try it on any more!

according to the identical thread on My-Symbian, apparantly its only Italian support at the mo too... not surprising! English coming later.

Downloading it now geus the comp firewall stopped it using different comp thanks anyway |

Well if it is T9 like on T68i, then we can add the words we want. If we for some reason would want to use such a feature. Though it would take some time to add the whole swedish dictionary  I'll pass this app.. hehe
