Hi,
I am new to this forum, and have recently switched from a MAC G4 (bluetooth worked great) to Windows XP. I am using the Microsoft Bluetooth adapter (with keyboard and mouse), and everything seems to work fine. My problem is connecting my t68i to my PC. I have been abne to pair the PC to the phone, which works fine. I am a little confused on getting the phone configured correctly on my PC.
I have the phone listed as a bluetooth device under the Wireless link settings. I also have Bluletooth adapter installed as a modem under the Phone and Modem Options, which I can actually query the phone with under the Diagnostics tab (Query Modem button). I have also ensured that COM5 is enabled in the Phone Monitor Options menu, however, the phone is not listed on the Mobile Phones tab. I have tried SE Phone Connections application, and it fails to find my phone when it scans for it. Is there something I am missing? I would really get back to synchronizing my contacts and calendar via Bluetooth like I had on my MAC - I know it can work, just not sure what I have done wrong.
Any help really appreciated.
Regards,
AJ. |
