Hi,
I remember reading somewhere that there is a t-mobile upgrade tariff, available to customers that have been with them for more than 12 months and have high monthly bills?
I have been with them since day one (back in the 121 days), and also there are three of us in my household that are with them on pay monthly with t-mobile (and also some have PAYG). I want to go onto a upgrade tariff (heard its basically a normal tariff but at a discount price?), and get a free upgrade phone with my other line. My bills average to about £60-70, though last month came to £98.
I am going to ring t-mobile saying i want to go to a cheaper tariff (everyone 200/400 but at a cheaper price) and also want a free t610 or v200 (on my other line - freetime 750), if not then; i will demand that i end my contract (ask for PAC if its possible), and that i will join 3; on their videotalk 500 tariff, which offers me 2x the free mins i get now, and at a cheaper price!!
Hopefully they should say, ok, heres your free phone, and here, we have adjusted your current tariff. Then i will be a happy man
I have made the thread, so that i know what to say when i ring them, and so that they dont rip me off wit like a £2 discount, when others get lots more
p.s: i thank you in advance for any helpful replies, and theres no need to try to correct my post (a bit confusing i know) if you dont have info on the upgrade tariffs, thanks again
EDIT: PM OR E-MAIL ME IF YOU DONT WANT TO POST THE INFORMATION HERE, THANKS

Thanks for that sunj m8, thats a bit more helpful, though they'll probably say; we only give discounts if we take you off a old tariff?
But still, thanks for the info m8, at least i know i should get a fiver off my bill
I know theres at least 3 people that work for t-mobile here, i wont name no names, but they could offline or have not noticed this thread yet
