In the upper left corner there will appear a BT logo. Click on it and choose "Send file.." Choose the file and send it to your T610 (which must have BT on and be detectable). There will appear a message which you may ignore by clicking "Ok" If you're using OS 9, I don't think it's possible. But I could be wrong.
