Anyone using this on their P800 yet?

According to the discussion on a PocketPC website, this guy using an iPAQ 2210 is getting 6:16hrs with Power Extender. It was 4:55hrs without. The article can be found here,

They've corrected "slougs" to "slugs" on the P800er website. Now it makes perfect sense!

I've ordered one yesterday, although I have deep reservations about whether or not it can actually work...

In any case, I'll report back once I have it.

I hope it's not similar to the old "CD/DVD de-ionizers" that were supposed to improve CD audio quality and DVD video quality by magically cleaning the CD/DVD.

Just put mine on today...I normally get 3-4 days of a single charge...lets see how this does...it looks like a piece of sticky back plastic that has been sprinkled with glitter!

I thought 3/4 days was average! With my t68i it was once a week max for recharging! I suppose I am an average user...some SMS, some surfing with Opera, emails and maybe 15 mins talk a day and mostly calender stuff. I never switch it off at night and it is next to me by my bed rather than in the cradle in my study. The last time I charged it was on Sunday night and I still have 34% left. I am hoping to get a full 5 days with this extender but I am sceptical...we shall see...I will let you know.

Cheers

Another case of:

"If adding a little plastic sticker/pad inside your phone would increase the battery life, don't you think the MANUFACTURER would've done it themselves?"

Well Guys, it actually works. I reckon it gives me another 25% of battery time but these are not strict time trials! For something so odd looking it actually does what it states. I for one thought it was a scam but bought it because it is very childish to knock something if you have no idea...well, I bought it and it worked. For US$9 I am a happy customer.
