Is it possible to turn off the name of the operator in the main screen on a T610? The text is kinda disturbing and i wastes my bg pics =/

No it's not possible. A friend of mine asked Sony Ericsson about it, and they said that it's not possible. Sorry

we really can't. but with themes creator its almost gone by adjusting operator's colors not as same as the background's color for it will give an error message (maybe it is really not permitted to omit operator logo) but nearest to it. this is best to solid backgrounds. i did paste my image to a white background and had my operator logo color near white and also with red and in blue. it did the trick.... |

Well the operator logo in Malaysia will turn on by itself, without any configuration
