Im sick of my SE service center here (theres only 1 where i stay). My phone has been there 7 times in the last 20 days. The service center has been very unhelpful. My phone has the latest firmware R2F. I dont want to mention all my problems here, as ive searched/read thru the forum and i have still come to no solution. I still have hangups and the service center said its a battery fault and they changed the battery for me. Wow!, and still it hangs. Basically i want to crash/kill the phone or make it dead, so it doesnt start so they replace the phone for me under warranty. Mentioning and showing the problems to the service center on their face, they yet say its "normal" or when i pick the phone"the technicans say the phone is ok" and i still get the same old problems.

I would appreciate in anyone could tell me a way so i could kill/crash my P800 so i can get a replacement, without asking me much abt what the problems are

I even tried to call SE customer care, they say pls email your problems. When i email to the address they give me it says "message has been delayed, and there is no need to resend". After 2 days i get a message undeliverable notice! Gosh, im just so sick of SE Support.

Anyone who could help it would highly be appreciated.

Thanks
