Hi, I'm looking for a C++ developer to develop a small C++ application that I can execute from a pJava application on a P800. I need this application to do some work that cannot be done from pJava, i.e. accessing native functions. I believe this is possible, and because I do not really need the two apps to interact, I can hopefully avoid JNI.

The brief spec is to call some native functionality to extract details of all calls made from the phone using the Log Engine, and dump the results into a file in an easily readable format. From this point on, any pJava app can read this file to process the information, which is what I would like to do within the Tariff Monitor app. Although this is not a elegant as using JNI is will provide a quick and raw method to extract the data I need, and could potentially be used by other pJava developers who need this info too.

I would be happy to write a full functional spec for this application, which I don't believe would be a particularly difficult task for an experienced Symbian/C++ developer. Simple "extract all" and dump to a readable file.

If anyone would be interested in this, please post here or mail me at mail@julianmclean.com
