What do you mean by "when I click memory stick it just dissapears and goes to phone memory!" ?
What dissapears? And where are you trying to put it on the memory stick? Can't say I have any mp4s on my phone. But you should be able to put anything you like on the memory stick.

you know when you browse your phone while its in the cradle ? Its on your desktop as "My P800". Well there when your browsing your fone you have your folders on the left hand side. Phone memory and memory stick. When I try to view the memory stick, the memory stick folder dissapears and changes to phone memory ! |

Just buy a memorycard reader and all your problems will dissapear into thin air.
If you try and send mp3's via the cradle you would be looking at like 15 mins per track to be transfered. If you use a memory card reader it will take 3 seconds per mp3 to load onto your duo.
Try www.ebuyer.com its not expensive- like £10 inc delivery for a usb reader. |

I have one !
YOU NEED NOT USE THE ADAPTER FOR THE MEMORY STICK.
IT JUST SLIDES IN TO THE READER WITH NO PROBLEM |

Someone said on here that you needn't use the adapter you can just slot the duo inside.
