hi,
Im thinking about getting a sl55 over the weekend. The looks of the phone have really attracted me, and the functions seem ok ( siemens interactive website )
Has anyone got any views good/bad about this phone?

there should be a few threads about that phone around if u look thru. Sl55 has no bluetooth I believe, ive got a S55 so wouldn't know that much lol

It is a s55 in a slider with no bt. Its a bit of a womans phone.

I found no real use for the blue tooth in my t68 so that doesnt bother me, the screen is actualy 4096 colours ( according to phones4u ).
I agree it is abig girlie, but we all have a feminine side dont we?!  |

Limp-wrist;-) yeah it is diddy i thought screen had more colours. I was quite surprised how small it actually was. It even mentions on the siemens website about being a womans phone. But that may be for the xelibri? Cant remember.

lol, doesnt bother me! any one says that and they will get a punch. A nice fone i thought. One shop (vodafone) told me that they didnt have it in stock as it was " going through testing" but all the other shops seem to. any ideas on that? |

Dunno. Its been on orange for a while now:-l perhaps they are adding their voda live menu's
like on the t610 :-(

had a ruby one for test the last few weeks n its a shoddy fone IMHO
i own a p800 so probly av out of context expectations but still this phone functionality wise does nothing for its price tag
its a standard phone with the only 'feature' being gprs and mms, yet these rnt really features nemore
its biggest flaw is the sound fect though that plays when the keypad slides - theres like a 2sec!!
nok3510i will do just the same job and 1/4 the price
looks sweet though 
wudnt get it though

I bought one for my wife. Very similar to my old s55. Sl55 has not got bluetooth, it has 4096colour screen s55 only 256. Sl55 1.6mb memory, s55 just under 1mb.

it's a pretty crappy 4096
not sharp at all
