hi i'm new to bluetooth and cellphones so i need some assistance with my setup.
i'm running windows xp with microsoft BT keyboard and mouse and a t610 now i would like to know if anyone has had any success in running them together(is it possible at all).
i can authenticate the phone in wireless link setup but the computer only finds dial-up network service and the phone doesnt find any service's possible with the computer.
something in the back of my head is telling me that the M$ drivers is doing this to me,is there any third party drivers or software that i need.
also i've seen on pictures that people with BT hardware has a BT icon in explorer but there is no BT networking program on the driver cd, just mouse and keyboard utils.
PLEASE HELP me with this,i really need the file transfer via BT

the Microsoft Bluetooth gear only supports a limited number of profiles (options to connect devices together) such as for the keyboard/mouse, printer and dial-up

while it will support using the phone as a modem with the dial-up profile - the direct connection you need to sync or transfer to/from the phone would use profiles like Serial Port, File Transfer and IrMC Sync, the MS implementation (currently) does not support those
