I noticed that when I turn my P800 on and then try to make a phone call the speaker doenst start to work right away! So sometimes I dont even hear the phone ringing on the other side and when I star to hear the other person already answered the phone! This only happens when I turn the phone on and only in the first 30 min then it comes back to normal, first 20 sec delay, then 7 sec delay and then only 2 sec delay! After that its back to normal.
Anyone had the same problem? I have R2D for some time but only noticed this a couple of days ago! This is really anoying when you want do give just a ring to somebody then when you know it the person already answered!!!!

do you have bluetooth on? or do you have any bluetooth headsets or handsfree paired? I notice that it happens to me when I use my phone outside of the range of my bluetooth headset or handsfree..

try deleting all paired devices you have.. just to rule out bluetooth.. cause bluetooth is very poorly implemented within the P800.. I found it was the cause of most my difficulties with calls..

I am from Lebanon, and I have the same problem as you described, and it started 2 weeks ago, and as you mentioned, it occurs only when you first switch on the P800.
I had in mind many possibilities: Network Problem; Battery Charging, Bluetooth....

but I noticed the following:

Under the same operator and network, no one with a P800 has the same problem.
I removed the paired Bluetooth device and it is still happening.
The only time I didn't recharge the phone for the whole night, the problem didn't occur
I did a master reset and the problem disappeared, but after 3 or 4 days it is happening again but not all the time, and not even when I first switch on the phone.

So this is so strange and still I can't figure out what this can be.

Hey guys,

My bluetooth was set to auto, and when I set it to off, this problem disappeared.

Give it a try.
