Uhm, what is the primary function of this site? Will it be beneficial to the public? Enlighten us please.

to simply put it, its a website where you can file a complaint for consumer products or services you find to be faulty or substandard.

before, complaints can only be filed by phone or by going personally to the DTI or Consumer Net but now it is easier, thanks to the power of the web. believe me it works because my brother have tried it.

btw, i am not connected with the Department of Trade and Industry or the Consumer Net, i belong to a different Gov't Office. With the growing number of complaints posted here in Esato, i wanted to inform you guys of this website to help you resolve the issues... and believe me those companies will act on your complaint faster than the usual... coz they hate receiving a notice from the Consumer Net.

The problem is that if it concerns complaints against telcos then they forward it automatically to NTC. Then NTC will say that their jurisdiction does not include Value Added Services (VAS) which is the bulk of the problem with telcos.

My case against Globe Telecom has been going on for the past 3 years and has already involved their AVP for legal. I've been tossed around by the DTI and NTC because of some gray areas in our system.

NTC is like a dead end wall
