Can't tell you to much though.
Cam on the back, same resolution as the T610. gonna be released in Sept. starting with 3 colors, the same as the T610.
Screen is WAY better than the one on the T610, this one is larger and TFT.
No antenna.
larger memory, my friend wouldn't tell me how large, but he had lots of themes and tones and pictures in it and still 2400 Kb free.
Hmm.. i think that's about it.
Ohh.. one more thing. His T610 didn't have the default slow-starting MIDI. it was full blast from first go. Don't know if that was custom or a developers SW.

Nope. i had to twist his arm just to get a look at it. Sorry.
Looks like a smallish Z1010 though (judging from the pic of the Z1010 that is) Dual displays and such. |

Colour external display?
If not colour, was the external display big like a Samsung, or a 2-line monochrome one?
and did your friend tell you what it was called (Z600/Z610)??
thanks..

Was the camera on the top half of the clamshell (like most clamshell camera phones) or on the bottom half like the Z1010?
Did it have a built in flash?
Could it shoot videoclips? |

Very interesting. Though I just got my T610 one week ago, so no clamshell version for me I guess.
The better display is a good thing, I like the T610's display, but the well known problem is that you can't see it in bright sunlight.
The clamshell could save power by shutting down it's TFT display when it's closed. The outside display would probably be an STN one.
However, I wonder how good the batterylife is when you use the display a lot, playing games etc. I wonder if the TFT display is on during a phonecall.
In short: I wonder how good the batterylife is compared to the T610 when using the phone intensively.
Lots of photons have died to bring you this information.
Short and little my span of attention is. |
