Does anyone know how I can change the phone book to be sorted by last name after I have synced with outlook. Thanks in advance. |

Go to phone book --> Options --> Sort Order
Thats how i do it on my T68m, not sure if it is the same on T68i.

Does the T68i still put entries with company names only at the bottom, unsorted?

I did that and it still shows up as first name. Should I delete all the names and then re sync? |

I deleted all the contacts and resynced and it worked.

I wish they would change that! I dont understand why they wouldnt sort company names!
I also wish they would allow you to organize your Phone Book with Groups. Even better, it would be nice to have Catagories from Outlook synch over as groups.
Where can we send product feedback?
