im not gonna by it for sure!! im an LM ERICSSON freak
and the 68i is branded sonyericsson (blasfemi) and i like the design on the 68 better than the 68i.....just gonna upgrade to the same features as the i-model.....(and keep my REAL ericsson phone)

I don't know what to do...

I like my lunar grey T68, but I think that the T68i look much better than the T68.

I can sell my T68 for 350 Euro's, but I think that is too cheap to sell it. I want at least 400 Euro's for my T68. A T68i will cost 575 Euro's.

If I sell my T68 for 350 Euro's, I still gonna have to pay 225 Euro's extra, and I think that is a lot of money.

So I think it's better to wait for the MMS update, and then my T68 will also be able to function as a T68i!

I must confess that I like my 'old' T68 better. It still has a rubberized back and is Lunar Grey, not this wussy light-blue
The only thing I'm gonna do, is to get myself the MMS-update, once it is available.

What we are talking about here is the ability to save a few pictures as we can't use the MMS yet. I just don't get why people are being so aggressive. Ericsson have always said we will get it when services exist. They don't.

i feel GOOD.

coz t68m has an upcoming firmware upgrade which will very well give it the features of t68i.

besides, if it is true that the production of the t68m is already discontinued, then damn, this baby i have is of limited edition!!

I feel a little bit cheated but I will not let SE win with their strategy(to release t68i before the upgrade is available) and change to t68i.

To peanut: MMS IS available here in Norway. If you are a Telenor customer you can send MMS-messages for free until May 1.th. Then it costs NOK 10(1.25 euro) pr. message -quite expencive actually.

I will not buy new one I´ll keep my gold rare one and update.

PD and if, and only if, I get tired and want a "sonyericsson" look I buy a cover and change it.

ervil: This is copied from Ericsson's T68 homepage: "MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) will be implemented into T68 when services are available to support this feature."

SE has always promised to implement the MMS function as soon as it's supported by the teleoperators. Since Telenor already offers that service, you can at this very moment demand an upgrade from SE, if they can't comply, then you can go to the government agency responsible for consumer's rights (Konsumentverket here in Sweden) and charge SE for false information.

I happy with my lunar T68m. It has all the features that I need, it's the best looking phone that has ever been made, and has never given me any problems, just like all my previous Ericsson's(T10+T28). The upgrade(whenever feels they've P***ed us off enough they will actually release the damn thing) will give the phone extra usability. Not sure if the artic blue T68 styling is to my liking, I won't buy one just because it's the latest phone released(Maybe one might fall off a lorry). I'll keep the T68m for another 8 months, and then see what's available.
Let's face it. They're both the same phone's on the inside.

I have no idea, I might just stick to my T68. I just want the MMS upgrade, although it'll do me no good. No operator here supports it, lol.

And I haven't quite made up my mind to which phone looks better. [addsig]

I feel cheated too ! And if it’s a SE strategy not releasing the update yet... the result of this brilliant strategy, in my case, will make that my T68 is definitely my LAST phone !!

For me... NEVER AGAIN
