hey, i was thinking of buying a new phone in Hong Kong (i live in UK), but i know the level of piracy and illegit operations involving electronics is quite bad in HongKong, so i dont know if i should *trust* the small stores or the bigger stores.

And is it cheaper to but T610s in Hong Kong than UK (will it work with a UK SIM as well)?

Thanks

There's a small store in Kowloon that I really like. It's called Top A/V Center (or something very similar to that). They have good prices and are honest. The T610 should work with any GSM service.

The T610 selling in HK are traditional chinese version (but you can choose english menu on the phone), so there's some characters on keypads and you may also have difficulty in upgrade your firmware in UK since its different language pack and there's no international warranty for SE products !
