whenever i click on audio, I get :

Program closed

Reason code USER

Reason number 11

And i have to exit. anyone got any ideas?

Do you have any 3rd party applications running in the background before you click on the audio program? Try closing them down first and see what happens. Or try shutting down/starting up your phone and click on the audio program after startup and see if you are still getting that message.

got switcher and made sure everything was closed down.

Then turned off and tried it.

Getting the same thing

hmm. that's discouraging... have you tried any of the following:

delete all your audio files from the phone memory/mem stick and run the audio program (make sure you have a copy of your audio files somewhere)

make a full backup of your phone, remove your mem stick and perform a master reset. After the reset, run the audio program. if that works, restore from your backup. if the error comes up then master reset again and reinstall your applications one by one til you have installed everything or the error comes up.

or you could try to format c:\

that's what i did when i couldnt fix a problem with restarting, master resetting etc...

yes, if i remove the memory stick, the audio works.

Do I have to format it?
