How/Where to check for P800 updates |

Hi All,
I can see how I check my phone to see what version I of the Phone, bluetooth, etc... But where can I find infor on what is the latest update, maybe with details of what the update has fixed/changed.
Can I expect all updates for free?
FYI These are my current versions,
Phone: CXC162002 R2F
Bluetooth: CXC12529 R5A
Organiser: CXC162001 R2B03
CDA: CDA162002/7 R4A02

Just go to Lordmike's homepage (search for ''Lordmike'' as an author on Esato and them check his profile), it has got a great firmware rev.
