This is what happens.
when i switch it on, it works fine. once i move the swivelling ear hook thing, it switches off without a beep (basically like it got its power cut off). also, i cannot switch the headset on when the ear hook is in the position to fit the right ear. what is wrong with it~ |

Must be something whit the battery.
The ear hook is the battery so...

Bad connection return it from where you got it. Happened to mine I sent it back and they replaced it without a problem. |

thx, but i think mine has been caused by me. its not new, i got it for about half a yr. will they still replace it? |
