Hi everyone I need to know how to set a roaming agreement up with a network. I intend to start a network based purely on roaming agreements (I am aware of the implications i.e. incoming call cost). I want to negotiate cheap call prices so I can offer an effective roaming option. Please can anyone tell me where to get blank SIM cards from i.e. not attached to a network yet, and how to set up roaming agreements.

Thanks, Stuart

here are two manufactures of simcards:

http://cardic.com.tw/english.htm
http://www.versacard.com

on Google you can find more

about the roaming... contact the business sales department at the network provider and they will help you.. (or contact their customer service and ask for people handling roaming deals)
