hi can some body help me i cant uninstall any thing on my P800
every time i have an erorr and messege say:

( A problem occurred during the uninstallation. in use )
for all applications what should i do?

and in same time i can't make format disk !!

try downloading file manager from my-symbian.com and delete it from there! but be care ful and not delete other files! you cant get them back if u do!

K8, before you do the file manager thing, quickly try to shut the programmes you're trying to uninstall - It could be just that they are open in the background somewhere.

I use Handyday to close my progs down. I know you can also close down with some other programmes such as tracker.

If however all progs are closed then use naars advice

thanks Naar but i did't know what are in the C: befor i install all of this applcation did there any place to know what files came with the P800 at first time use?

i dont know of a place where they tell you what was installed in the P800 before. just install file manager and find the name of the file/program you want to delete( if its a new program you installed it should have its own folder in file manager). or you could master reset but your P800 will lose EVERYTHING it had!
