Your state of mind at 6am? |

I've searched for this, but to no success. And believe me, I find this very annoying.
For security reasons I have enabled the “Lock” feature on my phone, which works great… only until it comes time for my alarm to go off in the morning. It is not possible to switch off the alarm, unless the unlock code is entered – very difficult at 6am.
I don’t know if this is an over look by SE, so I was wondering if there is a workaround solution.

Do you turn your phone off at night then? You can also put it on silent, but then the alarm prolly won't work anymore
I think the only solution to this is to turn off the simcard-lock and put the phone-lock on auto, so you only need to enter the code when the sim is changed... |

the auto phone lock feature is a great feature
but if your worried about not having a keylock when you have your flip off, maybe think about purchasing tracker. has the full screen keypad lock that works a treat. then when you goto bed, you can not set the keypad lock on, leaving to to blissfully hit the p800s screen when 6am arrives.

The lock works great. But if it is active and the alarm goes off, or if a calendar reminder fires off, the only way to stop the alarm sounding is by entering your lock code (to unlock the phone) and then you can click "done/snoose/etc."
This can get very frustrating when you find yourself entering the wrong code 5 times in a row at 6am, when you still don't quite know whats going on, and the alarm keeps beeping at you in the meen time. |
