Selling my P800 and 128 mb Duo..... Too big!! |

I have come to the sad decision that my P800 is to big and I am prob going to sell it.
The phone's apps aren't that impressive and the camera sucks big time!
As a phone, it is also poor, reception is bad and the "10 secs" crashing thing gets on my t*ts!
I have upgraded to R2D, and the battery life is very limited!
I am considering the new Sony Ericsson T610
, the smaller handset with the camera. Although I am wondering if I did this I would regret my decision to bin my P800.
Can anybody say anything good and forthcoming about the P800 to give it another month or so?
....and where's the P800 camcorder software, I was told it was due last month????

If size is the main reason for parting your P800, there are a lot of other small phones out there.

T610 is even worse - apps and camera.

T610 is not any better reception-wise. "10 secs" scrashing - I don't have this on a R1D.

Too bad. It is supposed to increase battery life. Perhaps, you loaded old applications from backup instead of starting a fresh one.

It may not be the phone for you either except for size. I think you are better off with another brand phone from the features you want - Motorola or Nokia. I suggest you try both P800 and T610 at the same time before dishing out your P800.

Most likely more than that. You might be able to get it in a month if released but you have to be prepared for any initial release issues and you have to fight for pricing with others waiting for the phone.

You have to ask yourself what you really want. the T610 doesn't have a camcorder camera. The P800 will have it very soon.

I love this phone, but when I go out clubbing it's too big. As a result I bought a Panasonic ED55 and I swap the SIM over when I go out. The ED55 is absolutely tiny and the combo works for me. |

No spandex. I just don't like having large items in my pockets, there's not much space available.
I'm English too. I just live in California at the moment. |
