I lost my side volume button for my R320. I think that it uses the same kind of button that the T68. Do I have to pay for a new button or could I get one for free and do I have to wait for my phone to be repaired? |

Do you have insurance?
Is the warrenty still valid?
If so they'll have to repair for free, just say it broke off by itself due to dodgy workmanship on the phone.
It did fall off by itself, didn't it? |

Pay a visit to a (big) telco store. They should have loads of (old) dummy phones. I think you can use the button from a dummy r320/t28/29/39/68. They'll probably just give you it. |

R320 uses the same volume button as T28/T29/T39... but not the same as T68.. if you have any warranty left you just leave it to the nearest service point and they fix it while you are waiting... if you don't have any warranty you probbaly get a good price for it
list of servicepoints can be found on http://www.telesupport.se/ |

I’m afraid the warranty isn’t valid anymore but hasn’t Ericsson an eternal warranty in case of a technical fault like Nokia?… Yes the button fell by itself when I used it. It have done it before too but I have always managed to put it back on its place this time nevertheless I dropped it somewhere and now it’s gone. |
