Hi,
Does anybody have a trick for doing a batch download of all the pics on a T610 over either Bluetooth or IrDA ?

Thanks

Over BT, make the download from the computer. Open the folder (file transfer under your phone under BT), select all files you want, copy or move to computer.

I tried this before and the phone asked for confirmation for each picture.

I'll give it another go though, thanks.

my current thinking is that due to the fact that I've only been able to test BT with my PDA it might be something to do with the OBEX style transfer rather than a file type transfer.
I'll get hold of a PCMCIA BT adaptor tomorrow and let you know if it makes a difference.

Hi folks,

I have tried to backup all images, sounds and even themes from my T610 with my Pocket PC, using Bt connection.

All I did was copying the folders one by one. All files under each folder would be automatically transferred, and no authentication asked since both devices had been paired before.

i think you need to pair them up first. then there won't be confirmation on each item being transfered.

Ah Ha,
Copying the folder using BT is ideal, it doesn't ask you for individual confirmation for each file.

Unfortunately with IR you have to send each file individually.

But now my ipaq has broken again and gone back to HP
